How long does it take to get a hat made?

Every Hat, Made Just for You

Each hat is shaped to suit the individual—no two are ever the same. In our Colorado Springs workshop, the process takes about 15–20 minutes for a full custom fit and design. At events, our streamlined setup allows us to shape most hats in just 3–5 minutes, so your guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. A fully custom, legacy hat can usually be completed in 30 days.

Do you do your own set up and tear down for events?

We Bring the Shop to You

Our mobile setup includes everything we need—retail displays, steamers, tables, and racks—so we can create the full Broadmoor Hat Company experience just about anywhere. Setup typically takes about an hour, with a quick 30-minute teardown.

Do you ship hats? How can my guests travel with their new hat?

From Our Hands to Your Home

Yes—we ship custom hats nationwide. Book a virtual hat appointment to design your hat from anywhere in the country.

Traveling with your new hat? We've got you covered. We offer durable hat boxes and cans to keep your hats safe on the go. Each hard-shell hat can holds up to three hats and features a convenient handle. Our hat boxes comfortably fit one to two hats—perfect for travel or gifting.

Do you travel out of state for events?

We Travel Far and Wide

Absolutely—we’ve brought the Broadmoor Hat Company experience to events from the Blue Ridge Mountains to Scotsdale, AZ, and we’d love to be part of yours. Wherever your celebration takes place, we’re ready to make your hat bar vision a reality.

Travel fees begin at $1,500 and vary based on location. Let’s connect and bring something unforgettable to your event.

Absolutely. We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for Broadmoor weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. How do you price your events?

Event Packages

We offer two signature event packages to suit your style and guest experience:

  • Classic Package: $200 p/guest

Includes one wool felt hat, custom-shaped and fitted, finished with a feather and personalized branding.

  • Heritage Package: $250 p/guest

Includes one wool felt hat, custom-shaped and fitted, plus a specialty hat band, feather, accessory (hat pin or vintage playing cards), and personalized branding.

Pricing may vary slightly depending on your event details, guest count, or travel needs. Let’s chat and craft the perfect fit for your gathering.

Do you offer volume pricing?

We do! Preferred pricing is available for events with 50, 75, or 100+ hats. Simply fill out the event inquiry form, and we’ll provide custom pricing tailored to your guest count and event details.

How much does a vendor pop up cost?

Our standard pop-up vendor rate is $600. This includes our full setup and presence at your event, ready to shape and sell custom hats on-site.
