    We offer a range of high-quality materials to suit your style and needs—including wool, rabbit/beaver blends, full beaver, and straw. Each option brings its own character, feel, and finish—let us help you find the perfect fit.

  • Step two:Shape and Style

    Now the fun begins. Our team will guide you in choosing the perfect shape and style to match your look. For semi-custom hats, we’ll hand-shape the crown right here in the shop. If you opt for our fully custom hat- we will discuss design, measure your head with our 1880s conformateur, and get to work.

    Step Three: Add the Finishing Touches



    Now it’s time to make it yours. Choose from hat bands, custom branding, decorative stitching, pins, feathers, vintage playing cards, and more. This is where your personality shines—get creative and have fun with it!

7X Beaver Blend Hats – Starting at $450



Made from a premium rabbit and beaver fur blend, these open-crown hats offer the ultimate in flexibility and craftsmanship. Starting at $450, they allow us to shape your hat exactly how you envision it—truly custom, from crown to brim.

Straw Hats – Starting at $150



We always keep a curated selection of straw hats in the shop, ranging from classic western to modern fashion styles. There’s something for everyone—lightweight, breathable, and perfect for warmer days. Stop by and find the one that fits you best.
